Product Care

Most of my dishware products are microwave and dishwasher safe. The dishware that should not be put in the microwave are the products with gold or pearl luster overglazes. But for all of my products, if you want them to last, I recommend handwashing only.

For earrings, I recommend being gentle – the posts are glued to the ceramic piece and can come apart with force. If you want them to last, you should not sleep in or shower with them.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 business days for your item(s) to be shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before making your purchase. 

 

Local Pickup

If you live in the greater Atlanta area and are considering purchasing something from me but prefer to not have your item(s) shipped, please reach out to me via my contact page to schedule a pick-up and put in the code PICKUP at checkout.

 

Returns

Because my products are handmade in small batches and take quite some time to create, I do not issue refunds. However, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your product if it has been damaged in shipping.
